🏡 Mandalay Park Farmstay
1. Booking & Payment
- A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and a written Booking Confirmation is issued.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
We do not accept deposits or partial payments. - If full payment is not completed, the booking may be cancelled automatically.
- A refundable security bond may be required.
Any deductions (if applicable) will be itemised, and the balance refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out.
2. Cancellations & Changes
- Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking, provided check-in is at least 14 days away.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in:
→ 50% refund (excluding card fees). - Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in, no-shows, or early departures:
→ No refund. - If we are able to rebook cancelled dates, we will refund the rebooked portion (less reasonable admin costs).
- Date changes are subject to availability and rate differences.
- Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
3. Check-In, Check-Out & Guests
- Check-in: from 2:00 pm
- Check-out: by 10:00 am
- Maximum 14 people on the property at any time, including children and visitors.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.
- Day visitors are allowed only with prior approval.
- No parties, weddings, commercial events, or photo shoots without a separate written agreement.
- Small gatherings within your group are welcome.larger events are available via our separate Events bookings.
4. Quiet Enjoyment & Behaviour
- Quiet hours: 10:00 pm-7am
- Please respect the peaceful rural setting and neighbouring properties.
- Excessive noise may result in immediate termination of the stay and additional fees.
5. Kitchen & Cooking
Main House Kitchen
- Fully equipped for cooking.
- Please clean and put away dishes after use.
Cottage Kitchenette
- Includes fridge, microwave, kettle and sink.
- No open-flame cooking for safety reasons.
6. Linen & Cleaning
- Clean linen and towels are provided for each guest.
- Linen colours and patterns may vary from photos.
- This is a self-contained stay — daily housekeeping is not included.
- A standard cleaning fee applies to all bookings.
- Excessive cleaning or damage may incur additional charges.
7. Pool, Shed & Outdoor Areas
Swimming Pool
- Use at your own risk.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- No glass in the pool area.
Activity Shed
- Includes table tennis, games and seating.
- Please return equipment and close doors after use.
Fire Pit & BBQ
- Use only when permitted by local fire conditions.
- Never leave fires unattended and ensure they are fully extinguished.
8. Farm & Animal Safety
This is a working farm.
- Do not enter paddocks, stables or restricted areas without permission.
- Do not feed animals unless supervised and using approved feed.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Be aware of unfenced dams, uneven ground, electric fencing and farm machinery.
9. Internet & TV
- No free-to-air or cable TV.
- YouTube Premium available on the TV and Shed projector.
- Satellite internet is provided.
10. Parking & Rubbish
- Park only in designated areas.
- Do not block gates or farm access roads.
- Please sort rubbish and recycling using the bins provided.
11. Pets
- Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing prior to arrival.
- Guest horses are allowed only with prior approval and required documentation.
12. Before You Leave
Please remember to:
- Wash and put away dishes
- Take rubbish to outdoor bins
- Turn off appliances and lights
- Lock doors and return keys
